• Reflexology: Reflexology is an ancient art of applying of pressure on the foot, hand or ear which stimulates healing in corresponding parts of the body.                            $45*/65*/90*

• Acupressure    Bryce is an advanced student of Acupressure. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) states that there is energy (Chi) that flows through the body. (I like to describe it as rivers of energy to make the meridians easier to imagine). When the energy flows smoothly, you have a healthy person. However, if the energy is blocked or stagnant, you have a person with "dis-ease". There are points that are located throughout the body that come closer to the surface, which can be used to move the energy from these areas. Both the acupuncturist and the acupressurist use the same points. (The acupuncturist uses hair-like needles; whereas the acupressurist uses fingers to access these points) (Sessions usually last 75 minutes.) $80

• Body Wraps    Set 'n Me Free is a unique detoxification body wrap in which you will likely experience 4-15 inches lost, or 1 dress size with 7 wraps and 2 dress sizes with 12 wraps. Founded in 1979, the company located in Oregon, utilizes Aloe Vera that has only been grown away from factories and highways, thus reducing any pollution. The enzymes in the Aloe Vera are still active; since it is never heated, the solution works synergistically with the herbs to penetrate through 3 layers of skin, breaking through the protein layer to the adipose tissue. The fat and toxins are drawn out of the body through the pores. The inch loss remains permanent when 1 gallon of water is consumed every 24 hours. (I drink one quart of water by 10am, 12-1, 3-4 and so forth in order to achieve this comfortably.) It is suggested that you do not bathe or shower with regular soaps, which can clog the pores with animal fat and slow the detoxification process. (Dr. Bronner's soap is excellent.) It is also convenient to bring cotton underwear or shorts for men to wear during the wrap, which will work effectively through the cotton.
